Power Nap is ideal for an afternoon nap, or perhaps for on the train, the plane, or even a quick doze at your desk.
Towards the end, the track gently eases the brain back up into the Alpha state, so that you emerge fully relaxed but in wakeful consciousness and without feeling drowsy and groggy for the rest of the day. This is important, because when we fall into a deep sleep in the daytime it can often make us feel groggy for the rest of the day.
